ADULT NON-EMPLOYEE

I, the undersigned, hereby irrevocably give and grant to Atlantic Safety Products and its affiliated companies and their respective officers, employees, agents, successors, licensees, and assigns (collectively “Atlantic Safety Products”), all rights, title and interest in and to the photographic, video and audio recordings made of me in any media and any other information obtained of me or from me. I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and no consideration is required to give this release full force and effect. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, I hereby:
1. authorize Atlantic Safety Products to record and use, publish and reproduce, separately or together, my image, likeness, voice, name, and identity in the images, photographs, films, videos, and audio recordings, in whole or in part, in any media and with or without distortion, (collectively, the “Works”) made while I am on company premises or engaged in company activities, including without limitation, photography, filming and other recordings made by Atlantic Safety Products or its agents.
2. waive, release and discharge Atlantic Safety Products and all others from any and all claims I may now or later have (whether related to copyright, moral rights, rights of attribution or integrity, right of privacy, right of publicity, performer rights, tort, contract, statute or otherwise) by reason of Atlantic Safety Products’s or another’s creation, use (whether or not merely internal to Atlantic Safety Products or another business entity), distribution, publication, performance, broadcast, alteration, or adaptation (collectively, “Use”) of the Works;
3. agree not to assert or attempt to exercise any ownership or other right or interest in the Works;
4. waive any and all claims for compensation related to the Works or any Use thereof;
5. waive any right to inspect or approve the Works or any context in which they may appear; and
6. acknowledge and agree that Atlantic Safety Products will have the right to register the copyrights in the Works and that
Atlantic Safety Products, and others with Atlantic Safety Products consent, will have the right to use the Works in any manner, at any time, and for any purpose whatsoever.
I represent and warrant that: I am eighteen years of age or older; this release does not in any way conflict with any existing commitments on my part; and I have full right to grant this release without violating the rights of any third party.
Nothing contained herein will constitute any obligation on Atlantic Safety Products to make any use of the rights set forth herein. This authorization and release will be absolute and irrevocable and will extend to any and all organizations and persons authorized by Atlantic Safety Products relative to the Works.

MINOR (under 18 years old)

I, the undersigned, hereby irrevocably give and grant to Atlantic Safety Products and its affiliated companies and their respective officers, employees, agents, successors, licensees, and assigns (collectively “Atlantic Safety Products”), all rights, title and interest in and to the photographic, video and audio recordings made of me in any media and any other information obtained of me or from me. I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and no consideration is required to give this release full force and effect. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, I hereby:
1. authorize Atlantic Safety Products to record and use, publish and reproduce, separately or together, my image, likeness, voice, name, and identity in the images, photographs, films, videos, and audio recordings, in whole or in part, in any media and with or without distortion, (collectively, the “Works”) made while I am on company premises or engaged in company activities, including without limitation, photography, filming and other recordings made by Atlantic Safety Products or its agents at Atlantic Safety Products.

Nothing contained herein will constitute any obligation on Atlantic Safety Products to make any use of the rights set forth herein. This authorization and release will be absolute and irrevocable and will extend to any and all organizations and persons authorized by Atlantic Safety Products relative to the Works.

ATLANTIC SAFETY PRODUCTS EMPLOYEE

I, the undersigned, hereby irrevocably give and grant to Atlantic Safety Products and its affiliated companies and their respective officers, employees, agents, successors, licensees, and assigns (collectively “Atlantic Safety Products”), all rights, title and interest in and to the recordings made of me in any media and any other information obtained of me or from me. I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and no consideration is required to give this release full force and effect. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, I hereby:
1. authorize Atlantic Safety Products to record and use, publish and reproduce, separately or together, my image, likeness, voice, name, and identity in the images, photographs, films, videos, and audio recordings, in whole or in part, in any media and with or without distortion, (collectively, the “Works”) made while I am on company premises or engaged in company activities including, without limitation, filming and other recordings made by Atlantic Safety Products or its agents at Atlantic Safety Products.
2. waive, release and discharge Atlantic Safety Products and all others from any and all claims I may now or later have (whether related to copyright, moral rights, right of attribution or integrity, right of privacy, right of publicity, performer rights, tort, contract, statute or otherwise) by reason of Atlantic Safety Products’s or another’s creation, use (whether or not merely internal to Atlantic Safety Products or another business entity), distribution, publication, performance, broadcast, alteration, or adaptation (collectively, “Use”) of the Works;

4. waive any and all claims for compensation related to the Works or any Use thereof;
5. waive any right to inspect or approve the Works or any context in which they may appear; and
6. acknowledge and agree that Atlantic Safety Products will have the right to register, in the name of Atlantic Safety Products, the copyrights in the Works and that Atlantic Safety Products, and others with Atlantic Safety Products consent, will have the right to Utilize the Works in any manner, at any time, and for any purpose whatsoever.
I represent and warrant that: I am eighteen years of age or older; this release does not in any way conflict with any existing commitments on my part; and I have full right to grant this release without violating the rights of any third party.
Nothing contained herein will constitute any obligation on Atlantic Safety Products to make any use of the rights set forth herein. Nothing herein shall be construed to alter, amend or affect any employment agreement, express or implied, which Atlantic Safety Products has with the undersigned.
This authorization and release will be absolute and irrevocable and will extend to any and all organizations and persons authorized by Atlantic Safety Products relative to the Works.
